A history of the Ottawa police force from the 1850s to present using the three converging waterways as a unifying theme.

Une audacieuse murale orne dorénavant le hall d'entrée du nouveau poste de police de la Ville d'Ottawa. En plus d'être un bel exemple d'art documentaire, cette murale en mosaïque donne la preuve de la ténacité et de la créativité de Jerry Grey, une artiste de la Capitale qu'est originaire de Vancouver.
